On Line Ordering

You only need to set up an account once and then login to this account when you shop each time. By using your account you can be assured that all information that you enter will be received and not released to any third parties.  Your PayPal or Credit Card will not be charged immediately and will be charged  when your order is processed and shipped by us.

Minimum Order Value

At Addicted to Craft the minimum order value is only $20.00 before shipping.  

Methods of Payment

Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal 

Orders are processed in order of receipt. Every effort is made to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday, and same day turnaround if ordered before 2pm.

At this time we do not accept BPAY, Cheque or Money Order as a form of payment.

Pricing

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. Postage is an addition to listed prices. We endeavor to keep our prices as low as possible. 

Out of Stock Items

We make all attempts to ensure our website contains up to date information on currently stocked items.  In the event that an item is out of stock at the time of processing your order, it will be deleted from your order. You will need to re-order the item as stock is replenished, as we do not keep back orders on file. If any credits result from an out of stock item this credit will be refunded immediately using the original method of payment.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia and New Zealand. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Australia shipping charges

We have free shipping for all orders over $95.00 excluding shipping charges, otherwise a flat fee per order of $7.95 applies. We will not be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged if they are not registered/insured. Addicted to Craft is not responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. Additional shipping charges that are required as a result of a special request or an incorrect address will be billed to your credit card as necessary.

If you wish your order to be sent via Express Post or Registered Post, please contact us to make arrangements.

New Zealand shipping charges

We have a flat shipping fee of $40.00 for all order to New Zealand where the order does not include a Pazzles Inspiration Die Cutting Machine.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates may be purchased through the store in various amounts and emailed to the recipient. Physical gift certificates can be purchased at our physical store. 

Acceptance or Rejection of an Order

We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including (without limitation) if the requested Product is not available, if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site or in your order.

Each order placed for Products through the Site that we accept results in a separate binding agreement between you and us for the supply of those Products. For each order accepted by us, we will supply the Products in that order to you in accordance with these terms and conditions.

If we reject an order placed through the Site, then we will endeavour to notify you of that rejection at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time after you submit your order.

Cancelling an Order

We may cancel any part of an order (including any orders that we have accepted) without any liability to you for that cancellation at any time if:

- the requested Products in that order are not available; or

- there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site in relation to the relevant Product in that order; or

- that order has been placed in breach of these terms and conditions.

- If we do so, then we will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of that cancellation, and will not charge you for the cancelled order if we cancel it before the delivery date or if you are not at fault or in breach of these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Privacy

We use a secure server to ensure your information is transmitted safely. The information we request from you is used solely for the purpose of sending orders and receiving payment.  No customer credit card details are stored on our server. Addicted To Craft will not sell or distribute your email address, contact details or any other information about you to any third party.
